New Jersey Amends Expungment Laws

Effective March 13, 2010, the New Jersey Laws governing the minimum time limits for filing a petition for expungment of certain criminal and juvenile delinquency records will be changed. In certain certain circumstances and with the court's discretion, the ten (10) year waiting period for adult indictable offenses has been reduced. Please contact Damiano M.
