Damian Completes Drager Alcotest Certification Training

Damiano M. Fracasso, Esq. has become one of only about 40 defense attorneys in the State of New Jersey to be accepted into, attend and complete the Drager Alcotest 7110 MKIII – C certification program on March 24, 2009. Since its mandated creation by the New Jersey Supreme Court last March, the program has certified approximately 40 attorneys according to the program coordinator. The sixteen hour course was taught by Hansueli Ryser and consisted of both lecture and hands on instruction.
